Bedford, MA (Hanscom AFB)

(HBD/HBU/HBN) Logistics Managers

  • PCI has several openings across the board for experienced Logistics Managers on our Hanscom team! Candidates will be required to provide acquisition and life cycle sustainment support, including drafting and reviewing logistics documentation, analyzing requirements (money, manpower, material, etc.), and performing Logistics Health Assessments (LHA). Prior Air Force/DoD acquisition logistics experience is required for each position! DAU Lifecycle Logistics certifications are preferred!

(HBB) Systems Engineer III

  • We are in immediate need of an experienced Systems Engineer to join our Hanscom AFB Team in support of the T&G (Targeting and GEOINT) Program. This individual will be responsible for various engineering and acquisition related tasks including reviewing CDRLs, supporting Operational and Developmental Test, supporting development of milestone documentation, etc. Prior acquisition and ISR experience is strongly preferred!
    • Top Secret clearance required (SCI eligibility preferred)

(HBB) Cyber Security Engineer III/ISSM

  • We’re seeking a cyber expert to join our Hanscom team supporting the HBB division (T&G)! Ideal candidates should be proficient with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, C&A/A&A activities, and be able to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and protection needs.  Any IAM Level II certification is required for consideration (CAP, CASP, CISM, with CISSP highly desired).

(HBD) Acquisition Program Managers

  • We have two new openings for Acquisition Program Managers at Hanscom supporting the WAS Program! Both opportunities are at the PM III level. These individuals will provide guidance to the program in support of acquisition strategy, as well as acquisition documentation. Recent experience with the acquisition process is required! A bachelor’s degree and DAWIA/DAU Program Manager certification or PMP is also preferred.
    • Secret (SAP) clearance required 

Fort Meade Vicinity

F5 Engineer
  •  The Engineer will be supporting and maintaining F5 load balancers (e.g. out-of-the-box configuration, maintenance, redundancy, upgrades), both physical and virtual editions on premises and in cloud environments. The candidate must have strong knowledge of networking and security principles, and understand complex interconnections with F5 components and other enterprise network technologies. Experience with:
    • Packet capture analysis tools like tcpdump, ssldump, and openssl
    • Cisco switches
    • Configuring F5 instances in AWS
    • VMware
    • UNIX/Linux System Administration
      • Active TS with Poly is required. Candidates without an active clearance will not be considered. 
Senior Cloud System Administrator
    • PCI is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator for our cloud infrastructure predictive analytics team. This team is tasked with developing analytics to identify areas of concern in cloud infrastructure. This is a government-led project that has moved to an open-source project.
      • Active TS with Poly is required. Candidates without an active clearance will not be considered.
Cloud Software Developer 
  • Do you enjoy working in an environment that uses leading technologies in a fast paced environment? In this role, you will be developing prototypes, answering new and already existing questions, and working in a variety of environments. The candidate will use leading edge technologies to develop analytics pulling data from multiple cyber sources, as well as classic SIGINT. There are also opportunities to evaluate and work with new leading edge platforms, frameworks and technologies, all while working directly with the customer in a highly collaborative, integrated environment. Experience with:
    • Java, C, C++ and Linux
    • Hadoop, Pig, Hive, and MapReduce
    • 1) Serialization such as JSON and/or BSON, 2) developing restful services, and 3) using source code management tools
    • Knowledge of XKS
    • Knowledge of IP Protocols, Network topologies, databases
      • Active TS with Poly is required. Candidates without an active clearance will not be considered.
Mobile CNO Developer 
    • Have you ever tried to break into your Android phone? If so, this position might interest you. We are looking for all types of CNO programmers at any level. As a Mobile CNO Developer, you will design and develop custom software tools for mobile platforms. You will work closely with customers to understand ever-changing requirements and develop tools necessary to satisfy all needs. Experience with:
      • C, Objective C, ARM assembly, and Python
      • Network programming (sockets/TCPIP)
      • Reverse Engineering (IDA Pro/Ghidra)
      • Debugging mobile devices (ADB/Xcode)
        • Active TS with Poly is required. Candidates without an active clearance will not be considered. 
CNO Programmer
  • Interested in diving into the firmware of a high-performance 32-bit embedded system using a Ghidra and Python? As a CNO Programmer, you will be developing, modernizing, and testing various software products across both x86 and x64 architectures. You will have regular interaction with product users to replicate and fix flaws in the initial design and integrate with the overall frameworks and understand the entire end-to-end system. You will work closely with customers to understand ever-changing requirements and develop documentation pertinent to operating and supporting developed software and techniques. Experience with:
    • Windows, Strong C programming and/or Python, Subversion
    • Network Programming, Visual Studio, windbg, and Assembly
      • Active TS with Poly is required. Candidates without an active clearance will not be considered.
